Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, Joey understands the values and challenges that Calcasieu families face every day.

Since graduating from law school, Joey has been serving this community as a prosecutor at the Calcasieu Parish District Attorneys office. Throughout his career, Joey has built a reputation for fairness, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to justice.

As a community leader, Joey has volunteered with local organizations, mentored young lawyers, and worked tirelessly to improve access to justice for all Calcasieu Parish residents. Joey believes that the law should be applied equally and fairly to everyone, regardless of background or circumstances.
